we do not charge shipping costs for orders over 90€. Below, the contribution for shipping to Italy varies from 7.5€ to 10€ (+IVA).
For deliveries outside of Italy, shipping costs range from 12€ to 15€ (+IVA).
The delivery time of your order ranges from 3 to 5 working days, not including preparation time.

How to place an order
Select the product and quantity and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
At the top you will see an indication that the chosen product has been added to the cart.
At this point you can decide whether to continue shopping or view the cart. The new page will show you the list of selected products and the total amount of your purchases. You can decide whether to change the quantity of products, delete them or add more. After these operations click on “update cart” to view the new total of your order.
Also at this stage you can decide whether to add other products to the cart or whether to end your shopping. When you have finished shopping, click on “Check out”. The new page will show you a summary of your order and ask you to provide your billing and delivery details.
Please pay attention to indicate exactly the information you will be asked for. We will use them only for the purpose of accurately processing your order. Define the method of payment (choose between Paypal and bank transfer). Confirm your purchase by clicking on “Confirm your purchase”.

Enter the code in the “Coupon” box of your cart and click on “activate the Coupon”. The order amount will be immediately updated. You can still enter the coupon in the subsequent stages of purchase: just locate the box “Do you have a coupon? Attention: offer codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as they appear. processing, shipping and delivery
All orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery will be made in 3-5 working days. In some hard-to-reach areas (e.g. high mountains and small islands) delivery may take an additional 48 hours.
For orders over 90€, shipping is free. At the time of shipment we will email you the information to track your shipment. If you are not present on the day of delivery, you will receive notice from the courier that will give you information on how to proceed to collect your order. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of your order please contact us by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org, taking care to quote the order number.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If the product received is damaged or different from what you ordered (wrong product or not present), simply return it unused in its original packaging intact within 14 days of receipt.

Please indicate the items you wish to return and add a brief explanatory note explaining the reasons for the return. Please wait for our confirmation before returning any goods. You will receive an email with authorization to send. Once we receive the product and check the return conditions, we will refund the value of the product (or provide you with a valid voucher on a new purchase), but not the cost of transport. If the above return conditions (product not used in its original intact packaging) are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the package and/or refund.
Please note: All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Neither the packaging nor the product may be broken or otherwise damaged (except for original damage). If not, we will not be able to make a refund.
The transport for the return of the goods is at the expense of the consumer who must also arrange it. The products remain under the responsibility of the consumer until they reach our warehouse. For your safety and to ensure proper shipping we recommend that you include the Tracking ID in the return package.
